30 January 2010 v Brunswick
The under 12's hosted top team Brunswick full of enthusiasm after the long break. This was the second time in as many matches we had played the top team, having beaten Greenvale in the last match before Christmas to give Brunswick top spot.
We batted first and struggled to 6/53 against a disciplined Brunswick attack. Jacob Cutri continued his good form making 16 not out, but he was the only batsman to get to double figures.
Our bowling was never a match for the big hitting Brunswick and they finished with 3/121. Jacob took the honours with 1/3 and Tristan Laybourne was the only other player to take a wicket.
Our next match is a 2 dayer on a SUNDAY morning. That's right, Sunday against St Mary's.
